 Renters: Please be advised of the following guidelines used to qualify for a rental:
 

• Funds available for Deposit and 1st Month's rent which is normally equal to Two Month's Rent
• Additional Funds available for Cleaning/Pet/Redecorating Deposits
• Proof of income that is at least twice the rent that you are applying for
• ID and Social Security Cards to match the applications
• Rental History for the last year: Landlord Letter or proof of payment
• Felony/Eviction/Bankruptcy history explained with supporting documents
• Short Sale/Foreclosure history explained
• Identify Pets (Size, Weight and Type)
• For Insurance purposes, Provide a list of all occupants that will be residing in the premises. Each resident over the age of 18 must provide a Background/Credit Check
